Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all retail orders placed on this website. Wholesale deliveries follow the wholesale agreement.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses in mainland Singapore only (excluding offshore islands and restricted zones). International shipping will be added later.

2. Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
• Local delivery usually arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Public holidays and peak promotions may add 1–2 working days.

3. Delivery fees

• Retail orders of S$80 and above ship free; orders below S$80 pay a S$5 delivery fee.
• Self-collection is free — choose it at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
• Wholesale orders of S$500 and above ship free; otherwise a S$15 fee applies.

4. Tracking

We send the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within the expected window, contact support@rendeglobal.com.

5. On delivery

Please check the outer packaging on receipt. If it is damaged, photograph it and contact us within 7 days so we can resolve it under the Returns & Refund Policy.
