Product and service information on this website is provided for general wellness, relaxation and everyday self-care purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a promise of treatment outcomes. The products we sell are foods, health supplements and wellness wearables — not medicines — and do not replace medication or professional medical care. Please consult a doctor or other qualified professional about any health concern.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
• Wholesale accounts are subject to manual review; we may decline or terminate any account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Prices and orders

• All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). If we are GST-registered, prices will state whether GST is included.
• An order is formed when we confirm it and receive payment. If a price is listed in error or stock is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund in full.
• Wholesale prices are visible and applicable only to approved wholesale accounts and must not be disclosed without permission.

4. Payment

We accept PayNow and major credit cards through a licensed payment provider. All payments are made to Rende Global Wellness Pte. Ltd.'s corporate bank account. We do not accept payment to any personal account and will never ask you to transfer money to one.

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website or our products, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
